Hi Warner,
When Tower Corporation first listed, the value of a fully paid TWR share
was deemed to be $5.65. Partly paid shares are credited with half the
issue price as paid. TWRCA shares may be converted into fully paid
shares within 10 business days after 10 April 2001.  The outstanding
balance on each partly paid share however must be paid by 1 October
2001.
