OK the FFS rights issue closes on Friday and I plan to take up the rights
and try to recoup some of the value I have lost. The whole break-up of the
Flatters has been mismanaged. The debt ratios of FFS, a public spat with
CITIC and a short run rights issue has resulted in a massive bail out by
rights holders often at 0.1 cents. Why bother at that price - they must be
desperate. Who is selling, who is buying - the underwriters - GPG, someone
overseas who has a long term vision?
By taking up the rights issue I expect there to be upside value. Does
anyone argue against this?
