The problem RMG will have in their end-of-year accounts is the large Goodwill item resulting from all the acquisitions they have made. They will need to be careful in how they present their accounts and avoid the problem ADV had in trying to avoid the issue. However they handle it, it will take many years to write off the Goodwill. This makes RMG very much a long term investment however it is interesting to see some recent price improvement.
