Hi Hoop,
Could only get AFR for today online. Searching the archives also didn't
help. Perhaps if you still have a copy of the article you could post it to
the group. Strange there was no announcement of anything here.

check out www.afr.com.au <http://www.afr.com.au>   the Australian Financial
Reveiw  15th Nov edition ,has released news about ITC which has not been
released in NZ as far as I know. .  A MUST READ FOR ALL ITC INVESTORS. They
are not going to keep their money in the bank A big spend up is going to
happen very shortly. The article tells you where &  what the money is
earmarked for.

In this climate I think they are wise having cash in the bank and building
infrastructure as well is enhancing there current investments.
