John,

Charter Corporation is what you may recall - refer para 40 on page 30 of the
prospectus. This para has been included voluntarily (i.e. not at the request
of the Registrar of Companies) so that potential investors in Widespread are
fully aware of my background. The structure of Widespread reflects a lesson
well learnt.........
