[sharechat] CACI
hello te rangi
i've been wondering about caci myself. as a dis(un)gracefully
disintegrating female of a certain age, the thought of "unwanted
blemishes, moles, veins, hairs, skin tags ..." yuk yuk -- being removed in
at least semi-medical surroundings sounds appealing.
increasing numbers of post war babies will all be developing cosmetic
blemishes, but vanity vs common sense is a tough call. many of the women
will have done at least some time as hippies or feminists. personally i
wish i was strong enough to call the aforementioned blemishes 'badges of
experience' or something, and stride around with my chin up and a large
smile...
caci's prices/fees are terribly (TERRIBLY) high, which limits the potential
customers to the terribly rich and (terribly?) vain. it should be
remembered that medically hazardous moles, tags etc are whipped off right
quick by the public health system, so in spite of caci's medical
background, it's more similar to a hairdressers' than a healthcare service.
if thl ever gives me back my dosh (or if enough chatters are prepared to
fund an in depth and up-close analysis) i might contact them as a consumer.
meantime, i would rather pay my dentist heaps to rescue a dying incisor.
could caci just be california come to town? is ageing in nz such a
disgraceful behaviour that its effects have to be hidden? does caci's
success depend on adolescent anxiety and angst among the bored and wealthy?
i really wish i had $12k to blow at the nearest caci store. please note
that if i had $12k, i'd buy the product, not invest in the company... i
guess this has been of no help whatever! regards, jefley
