[sharechat] change in substanial holdings

can anyone make sense of a statement that says that rank group changed its holdings in bpc from 105,542,326 (17.304%) shares to 105,542,326 (15.945%) . this was an announcement to the aus. stock ex, on the 3/11/00 . enlightenment would be much appreciated. T.G.
