These options were issued in Febr this year and join those issued in a private placement sometime in Dec 1999. 

 

 

If you click www.tradingroom.com.au      Then Maximize your window     then    enter the stockcode  LACO in the little box -See right/top of sceen, you will get the option price by scrolling down.

 

Keep scrolling down and you will see that 13.612 mill. options - Not many for a large company - have been issued.

 

The Expiry date is quoted here as 30/12/2004!!

 

Incidentally, to get the price of the Head share, enter LAC  ,the code of LANG  CORPORATION.

You will find a reference to the Prospectus issued in Dec 1999:  Page 8  says that after the issues we will have 122.6 ord shares,27.2 CPS(conv pref shares), 13.612 mill options. There are also 4.6 mill.employee options.

 

Still, not a large amount for this large multi-faceted business!

 

I will comment later on LANG's prospects and the reasons why,in my opnion, these options are a good buy!
