Great stuff Gerry

Good to hear that companies like AFFCO coming into the modern world. No doubt a lot of their activities will be based around adding value to a piece of meat - and selling something at a real premium to the marketplace. Has to be much larger returns than selling a carcass.

Adding value to our primary produce is the way forward for NZ besides getting on the tech train and hoping that will solve our problems.

I almost cry when I see mountains of unprocessed logs sitting on Wellington's wharfs waiting to be exported.

Surely we can a lot of these trees into something else and get more value out of them.
