[sharechat] Forum Conduct

I'd like to remind everyone about the rules and regulations of using the
ShareChat Forum - I don't think that some of the language and name calling
in a couple of recent posts has been appropriate at all.

Refrain from posting if you must personally insult people or you will be
barred from the forum - this applies to everyone.
