i arrived at sharechat only about six weeks ahead of you ...  i strongly 
urge you to look back through the sharechat forum's archive to track 
comments on stocks that interest you.

i've held rbd for about eight months (not any growth to speak of, but a 
good div) and have been fascinated by the discussions.  look in the archive 
for "Buffet" postings also, as some people consider rbd may fit his 
criteria.
recent interesting points include whether nz has enough tummies to make 
this a growth company, whether the 'franchise' requirements such as opening 
new outlets are a disadvantage, whether much of the growth will be returned 
overseas to the franchise parent etc.

that said, i'm happy to hold and accept the divvies, but i'll move out 
after good upward movement because i dont expect growth to surge on and on. 
 my brokers rate them over $2, and reckon the current price is a bargain 
 -- but i'm not buying more ...  happy hunting, jefley
