Bit quiet lately on Sharechat.

Well - below is Gareth's latest view on share market investors

You either hate or love Gareth but he is right most of the time. Sometimes I feel even he doesn't know how much of a visionary he is.

I had a conversation with him many years ago and the discussion got around to NZer's saving habits. In spite of the perceived low level of savings by NZers Gareth pointed out that NZers had saved an awful lot - but had lost many millions of their savings on forestry investments. The intent was there - not the results.

That was when I decided never to invest in trees.

With the current debacle around FFS how right you were Gareth.
