An excellent analysis of the rights.  Thanks Tim for saving me the time.  I 
believe
you are correct about the rights issue being the transaction that triggers the
buy-out right (subject to the constitutional issue).  

Thoroughly recommend that all FFS shareholders carefully read Tim's post - print
it out or take notes.
