Have to admit these are entertaining times on the nzse.

Why oh why didnt they wait until after that commerce ruling BEFORE

announcing their plans.

Apparantly plan B is to float energy off like building and forests.

How this will effect this Rubicon buisness is anyones guess.

Its not just the commerce commision they have to worry about, they still need

shareholder approval for all their bumbling plans.

COME IN SIR RON WHERE EVER YOU ARE.!!
