More to come IMHO:

1)  Lots of disgruntled FFS holders now.  What will happen when they receive 
their voting forms?  Will shareholders, including people like Xylem and 
Citic give them the big "No"?  I certainly will be giving it a big vivid 
stroke.

2)  Citic - who's got egg on its face for playing hardball now!!

3)  Will someone who was told to go back to the drawing board when offering 
$1.10-$1.20 per FFS share (when FLC wanted $1.50 - who know's where that 
figure comes from??) come in and make a raid on the now ridiculously cheap 
company?

4)  FLC leaks.  The professionalism shown by FLC and its advisers in 
relation to this whole transaction has to be brought in to question.  What 
with the KH debacle one would have thought that FLC would have learnt.  
Quite frankly the whole thing stinks!!!
