[sharechat] FFS - Rumour Mill

Rumour from a colleague in Auck....

1) Merrills have been replaced by CSFB in respect of dealing with FFS

2) Therefore, recap/rights issue on the cards rather than outright sale

2) FFS apparantley want $1.40-1.50 a share and offers are circa $1.10-$1.20

Mr Deane - ask your shareholders what they want $0.55 or $1.10.
