G'day,

I've been enjoying your discussion of Buffett. I never
know if it is pronounced Boofay or Buffit. Can anyone
help me please?

I'd definitely leave SKC out of any Buffett portfolio.
In the late fifties or early sixties, tobacco
companies might have seemed suitable candidates for
such a portfolio.  Increasing
enlightenment/legislation/legal- action regarding
health and social costs of tobacco has damaged share
prices severely.

Gambling, for many, has high social and health costs. 
A Buffett portfolio looks to the long term. On this
timescale the probability of legislation harming the
growth/profitability of SKC is just about 100% imo.  

I reckon SKC is MUCH too risky to be included in a
Buffett portfolio bacause in long run it's sure to
drag it down.
