[sharechat] TEL & Regulation

From: "Mark Hubbard" <mhubbard@es.co.nz>

I said yesterday that due to the idiot Labour/Alliance movement
back to regulating the telecommunications industry TEL had a lot
further to fall. Thus, despite the rise on the Nasdaq overnight, and a
much better Asia yesterday, TEL has entered into freefall this
morning.

With the govt. now looking to have its greedy hand in every aspect
of business the overseas investors who are left are now looking to
jump ship it would seem - at least fromt the soon to be re-regulated
TEL. And who could blame them.

Again, Ben, sorry for being political, but this leftie govt. has shown
not one ounce of business nouse or common sense - I personally
have most of my portfolio outside NZ, thank god. But where to from
here for NZSE.

Power sector certainly to be regulated heavily ....
