[sharechat] Advantage and Liberty one

Ok..

So a few of us may have got burnt when the rumors were rife about Advantage taking over ASX listed Liberty One

The deal never eventuated after Liberty One lifted its skirt during the due diligence process.

Advantage real interest in Liberty was Zivo - Australia's leading web development companies. (25m revenue, 250 staff)

Zivo is now separately up for sale and Advantage once again has been picked as a likely buyer

Liberty are not in a strong cash position and one would guess Zivo will be sold for cheap. (although its hard to put a price on a business were its assets are staff)..
