Has ITC committed any funds yet to the china VC company? My impression was that this is yet to be finalised. According to CIBIC ( http://www.itcapital.net/news/research/CIBC_ITC_RPT_180700.pdf ) ITC's expected contribution is about $2m US, however as managers of the company they will recieve $0.6 m US a year for 8 years as a management fee (+20% of any profits). Therefore the risk appears to be low. In addition, now seems to be a good time to invest in IT with prices of companies returning to more reasonable levels.
