Ex-MacRaes Mining shareholders acquired Convertible
Notes in GRD. Those electing to convert to shares as at 30 September 2000
duly have had confirmed that their notes have been cancelled
on Computershare Registry's books.
However, as of now GRD has not issued the ordinary
shares entitlements, despite being reminded by Computershare Perth.
If one had wanted to sell this week, one would so
far have had nothing to sell - shares or notes.
Perhaps this is only another illustration of GRD's
cavalier approach to shareholders, & we'll eventually have our shares
allocated sometime this week.
Surely conversions should take place simultaneously
unless the Investment Statement says otherwise?
