Re: Re: Re: [sharechat] Where are these opportunities then Roy
"Hi Roy,
Why would a trader be so guarded as to their gems?? I doubt if
your hard work would be spoilt by the visitors to this site. I know one
has to be CEN, and you'd be hard pressed to squeeze anything out of that
ATM. FEGSB? I thought Zen was about sharing ;-)

Warner,
Thanks for your post - it has provided an opportunity for self
re-evaluation :)
1. Why would a Trader be guarded about them gems?
Good question. In NZ you will appreciate
that with such a small market that a trade of 10-20,000 shares can move
the market. Consider if a trader "shared" a gem on Sharechat
and on the day a 1,000 chatters decided to buy a 'couple of 1000' as a
punt. Oops suddenly over a million shares traded!! That volume
would have removed the opportunity....
Ahhh you may say. That would be to the traders advantage, ie buy
before you share....then watch the price appreciate. Hmmm, not convinced
that would fit my strategies.(or my conscience)
2. My hard work spoilt by the visitors to this site?
Sorry, but I don't believe in the welfare state. What
you are suggesting is I do the work, you get the benefits!!!!!!! (not on
your Nellie- do your own work...;)
3. Not sure where you got the idea that I am trading CEN. Am
not currently(and haven't for some months) altho I have in the past and I
hope to again in the future.
4. FEGSB - affirmative.
5. Not sure what you read to get the idea that ZEN is about
sharing???
Surely ZEN is all about enlightenment and
self realisation.
PS. My tag line comes from the book "The Zen Trader"
and reflected my thought at the time that I "ENJOYED
TRADING"....
Over to you Warner :):)
Would be interested in why you think it (tips)should be provided for
no charge or effort on your part???? I hope you are not a closet
socialist!
