Nick, if the article is right and GPG is involved which is highly likely I'm sure we will get $3+ as they GPG seem to always offer a sweetener, look at the ENZA deal recently and also with WRI they were prepared to top up if necessary.

Breaking up a company is Sir Ron's forte and FLB according to most accounts is a prime candidate.
