FFS needs to be sorted out prior to any announcement on the future of both 
FEG and FLB.  With the Court battle with Citic set down to start  today that 
will take sometime out of FLC's schedule also.

Remember that they have made comments to the effect that the tidy up date is 
likely to be pushed out into Jan.
