Hi there, 

While we appreciate you keeping in touch with our staff member, we do ask
that executables ( .EXE ) not be included to minimise the risk of virus
infection. Also pictures, videos and sounds while very entertaining tie up
the resources and time of our systems and staff. We are therefore taking
steps to reduce the volume of non-business related mail traffic and hope you
can assist us voluntarily in this regard.

Your mail for our staff member has been forwarded minus any potentially
harmful attachment.
