[sharechat] Tel valuation method

From: Marilyn Munroe <who.c@res.co.nz>

The reasons for the recent fall in Telecoms share price may be a mystery to some, but recent personal experiences suggest a reason for the low share price.

My modem keeps dropping out when I am on the internet;

09-14-2000 21:07:41.72 - Recv: <cr><lf>NO CARRIER<cr><lf>
09-14-2000 21:07:41.72 - Interpreted response: No Carrier
09-14-2000 21:07:42.80 - Hanging up the modem.

time, after time, after time.

The Telecom cables are knackered, soggy with water from all the recent rain. I have no doubt that there are many others who suffer the same predicament.

This has lead me to postulate that;

Investor support for Telecom is inversely proportional to the quality of the internet service provided by Telecom.

Test my hypothesis. If you have a bad experience trying to maintain a reliable dial up connection, see if Telecom drifts for lack of investor support next day.
