[sharechat] Sellers/Buyers

I just checked over the previous postings on this subject and I see that in 
my original posting I used a bad turn of phrase "sellers rule the day". 
What I was really meaning is that if sellers predominate, are in the 
majority, they are at a disadvantage and of course Graeme was right when he 
said "Buyers rule the day"
as they can lower their offers and if the sellers are desperate to sell - 
need the cash - they can be forced to take a lower price.
