Hi Deb
that wont work. Tried it. E*Trade even picked up that I was using a NZ
ISP and wouldnt let me download the prospectus for an IPO, let alone
participate in it! Thank goodness half (not quite) the NZ population
lives in Aussie, so i get them to do the deed over there, and i return
the favour this side if they want any.
