Hi All.

I remember reading somewhere that ANZ offers discounts to your mortage rate 
if you own more than 500 shares, I am unsure of the specifics of the deal, 
but I spoke to my Manager at ANZ about it and apparantely my rate already 
had the discount applied because I owed then so much cash, and they also 
didn’t charge me fee’s.

Also, I know that Lintz Estate Vineyard who are listed on the Secondary 
board offer discounts on wine in the region of 20 % to shareholders on wine 
purchased through the vineyard / mailorder.

Maybe Telecom will look at offering free line rental to all shareholders in 
a desperate attempt to boost their flagging shareprice!!  Hehe!
