Undoubtedly a sustained rise will follow shortly after I

And isn't this a major factor which
drives the market down ? All investors are faced with this problem,
including the institutions who have to repay cash to their clients. Often
the timing is critical so it is not always possible to get the best price.
Sellers rule the day.
