Geoff, Id take a look at Globalstar (GSTRF)first, if they cant do it after
iridium then I dont believe another could be sucessful. They have the best
behind them. Loral space, Qualcomm, Alcatel, Dacom, China Telecom, Vodaphone
who I posted before have the NZ and Aus rights.
Sorry i cant answer your Q but this company are along the same lines.
