Dear chatters I do not intend with this post to invoke any dis-feeling at all. I simply wish to put forward a balanced view of the issue that has been raised. I would like to point out that 95%* of cosmetic is tested on animals. Does that stop you buying lipstick. I see medical experimentation which has passed Animal Ethics Committee Approval [which is legally required in this country] to be a necessary evil. I don't like it but I am sure that your grandmother appreciated the life saving advances that penicillin and others medical discoveries gave to her kind, and I would be as bold to say that only the phyisically able and immunological superior would be around today if it would not be for animal experiemtation, which would put me most definitely in the non-existent catagory. I will be buying Genesis shares with the thought that I am sharing in the advances that modern Medicine are making and that I will hopefully be able to use to help those in need. I don't like animal experimentation as much as the next person but have examined the issues and come to a different conclusion than that of others.
