As I suggested a few days ago TEL has got downside.  AAPT rollout, cost 
of new spectrum, NZ competition and stock competition are the key reasons 
in my layman's eyes.

Cash demands(ASX:TLSCB), floats(Vodafone Pacific), possible sale(ASX:CWO) 
and to add to the woes Telstra 3, the AU government signaling yesterday 
the impending sale of a further tranche of TLS.

TEL may look cheap at 660c but I would advise take your time and have a 
nice cup of tea.
