Yes I am sure you are right in suggesting it is a good share to have, 
it's just a question of when to own it.  MET, ELD & RYM provide a big 
choice in this area and are all weak in price.  MET is the most 
substantial in my eyes but all are really PROPERTY stocks.  So like KIP, 
TTP, NAP, CAPITAL etc, as long as there is upward pressure on interest 
rates their market values will stay depressed.

All said MET @142c does look attractive for a medium term 10-20% gain.  
Keep a close eye on TTP too.  That's my preference.
