This deal is an incredible coup for Telemedia.

Cisco is held by more mutual-funds in the US than any other stock (Microsoft
included).

We could see some renewed interest in Telemedia from US
institutions/investors following this announcement.

IMHO, the potential for any downside in Telemedia's share price seems to be
minimal.
