This deal is an incredible coup for Telemedia. Cisco is held by more mutual-funds in the US than any other stock (Microsoft included). We could see some renewed interest in Telemedia from US institutions/investors following this announcement. IMHO, the potential for any downside in Telemedia's share price seems to be minimal. Best Regards, Benjamin Dutton (disc. no holding in TMN). ----- Original Message ----- From: "chas innes" <crjinnes@yahoo.co.nz> To: <sharechat@sharechat.co.nz> Sent: Wednesday, August 16, 2000 12:46 PM Subject: [sharechat] Telemedia & Cisco > Judging by TMN's latest announcement, I have to go > along with Frank Fernandez's view that Commsoft would > have a hard road to match Chris Jones' Telemedia.
