[sharechat] advantage , the cold hard facts

Additional goodwill for acquisitions in year apparently $43.6M (in addition to 
x? shares issued to pay for acquisitions).

$3.7M of this goodwill amortised (expensed) this financial year - still some 
$39.9M to go. At current rate of amortisation this is a $3.7M expense for the 
next 11 years.
