I remember before Petrocorp made a takeover bid to the minority shareholders in Southern Petroleum, Southern's directors indulged in a lot of shroud waving about Southerns wells filling up with water.
I also seem to recall a subsequent statement by Petrocorp that the takeover had been favourable to them
Are my recollections correct, and if so were Southern,s directors acting in the best interests of all shareholders.
