Hope this doesn't come twice as Today Freemail seems to be experiencing server 
problems

Nick - wholeheartedly agree. Since posting something the other night when I 
said I might be tempted at $2 I thought I was in a minority.

Trust and integrity goes a long way. They (IMHO) have got off lightly if all 
the NZSE can do is 'tick them off'. This was a serious breach of confidence.

I have never had any ADV shares but have been tempted. In light of the recent 
publicity it actually is quite enlightening going back over past announcements. 
Typical of one is the announcement of 30/9 when they purchased Webmasters - 
read it and try and get any real substance out of it - but a fantastic story.

As you say all we can do is speculate on the level of potential earnings and do 
your own PE calcs. At a current level of near 50 I would be worried. Is it a 
$60M company, or a $100M ( $60M plus 71% increase in revenues expected next 
year)company ... or even greater.

Margins don't seem to be improving so what is the potential levels of earnings?

Pity really - because this is the type of business that NZ needs badly to 
export expertise overseas etc. The companies approach is commendable but under 
the hype can the promise be delivered? This
is what the company needs to demonstrate now.

Recent instance of not delivering the promise I alluded to the other day was 
Orica in Oz - trashed from $7.40 to $6.00 odd. 

Keep at it - maybe there is a few bob to be made with ADV as it goes on an up 
and down path over the next few months. But at $2.90 odd far too high for what 
has to be a speculative stock at this point in time.
