Take this expert advice with caution.:))>>..Been in the market 22yrs ,  I am now 49 yrs old .Most of it in property ,now transfered most of my %  profit which is huge to .. my portfolio... to NZ shares ??? yes NZ shares why ??? because everyone tells me not to buy them.::))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))  ( I have always bought against property experts advice and it has always paid off ,,given time and patience ,and instinct. ..I have a Business Management Degree  BMS(Mktg)    ( it is worth a tin of shit in this trade ) .You..need psychic abilitity and timing ( plus valid information and the mind flexibility)  to make a decision to buy or sell on this gut mentialty NZ market at present.
I have done very well out of investments  by buying at the near bottom of the market . All you have to have is guts & patience in investing in rock solid companies (alot of patience and discipline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ) and don't act on sharechat hype (eg .AQL  ITC)  which I weaken against my own judgement and bought heaps of these shares and regreted ,  and still hold..... which has put a dent in my portfolio-.....I would up 40+%  if it wasnt for those two stocks (now only10% )(based over the last 6 months ) BCH FFS WRI STU and yes one of my biggest gains BBBBBBBRRRRRYYYYYYSSSS      YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH    Dont believe in McEwin ,..never buy BRY scenerio... Bought 31  now 39 ( also bought at 40c for their 3cps div )  what is wrong with 30% ..Still have them..My thoughts only ..Brierly is a bad word with brokers and they will not recommend them as it might hurt their reputation . I am not selling as I think they might go higher ( they have an  anouncement in Sept and possible 3cps div)....... What keeps  NZSE  market down .......is scared rabbits selling at the first sign of a rise in the NZSE Index and shares  that they hold ( Profit taking)  ,and blame it on a small market (NZSE) ....remember small also works the other way... little stock in demand can rise rapidly in price...If the spineless rabbits all grew a spine they could hold their shares for an extra week and probably double if not triple their profits ,but unfortunately that will not going to happen on the NZSE as the market being small   ...Bunnies Rule  >>>>>OK BUNNIES RULES>>>>>>>> See a Problem run a mile    See a gold mine  ..can't be true run a mile...eg CAH profit fantastic  ..to a bunny run a mile ADV they still made a prorit ...run a mile  ( I hope no companies make a profit because kiwi bunnies run ),,,,,,companies making a slight downturn or loss are the companies that rabbit investors are likely to invest in  and I have made money short term out of this scenero  God bless  investing in little shitty dot coms which has made me some money (timing..) ..but...( in hindsight )..  has put me at risk in missing out on our solid investment bearing blue clip share ....because ....when this rise  in price happens most of NZ will miss out      because they can not sell their shitty non yielding (0%) dot com specs in time to buy back into these high safe ( 8+%) dividend yield stock to make a profit  which all of a sudden happens to correct them selves. And the overseas buyers have beaten u to it ... LOGIC:__ why buy into 0% yielding risk stock when there is safe 8-10% yielding underpriced blue chip stock..... AT PRESENT NZ STOCK INVESTORS ARE INSANE,....  and overseas investors are taking the opportunity to buying us up (safe stock @ 10% yield would u ? ) .DONT BLAME the  alliance party (note no A but a small a)  blame NZ investors... they are to blame for our Country's demise as they have the lack of  confidence( Spine ) to buy into our own market... DONT BLAME THE NZSE OR GOVT OR ANYBODY ELSE  FOR LACK OF TRADE >>>>>IT IS UUUUUUUUUUUUU BECAUSE U HAVE NOT GOT THE GUTS TO INVEST IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY. DO NOT BLAME GOVT OR POWERS OF BE FOR THEIR BUSINESS MISOPPUNTUNITIES ......  WHEN IT IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL .. THE LABOUR/ALLIANCE GOVT (RUGBY SPEAKING) HAVE JUST BEEN  GIVEN A  HOSPITAL PASS WITH THE BALL
I Voted ACT at the last elections)
I hope this shakes the shit out of us sharechaters
No offense to anyone
it is just food for thought
God bless to all sharechaters

Subject: [sharechat] CEN

Hi Everyone,

I have a perfect record.  A loss on every trade I've made so far!!  I'm thinking of selling my Capital Properties shares first thing Monday and buying CEN.  I was looking at a recovery by CEN at least to about $2.85 within a couple of months due to my impression that it has been oversold due to over-reaction to the news of the past week.  I can't see Cap Props rising much in the meantime although it did make a nice gain last week.  Any comments?  More expert opinions than mine much appreciated!  regards  michael
