Agreed Derek.  The P/E is OK.  It just as Brian Jones says why did they 
have to go about their announcement in the way they did, it shakes 
shareholders confidence and makes one look for ulterior motives. It appears 
they were trying to hide that big good-will expense and in so doing it 
back-fired on them. I still think they have a lot going for them in the 
future, pity they blotted their copybook this time.
