I also noticed this strange announcement. If options are allowed to
exercise, then options must be simply replaced by shares and we get an
arbitrage situation sionce options can be bought for 2c. 

I've noticed also that Momentum Investments reduced their holdings from
34% to less than 11%. This large seller must be a depressing factor for
the price of SPE. It is almost equal now to the price of AQL! But SPE
owns WEL Technologies which makes profit while AQL owns nothing at all. 

Is it a good time to buy some more?
