The upturn in
the rural economy seems to be gathering
momentum. The all important feel good factor is
very strong.
This confidence has finally begun to be reflected
in higher share prices
for the rural stocks.
Question is how long will
continue?
Im confident that for the next year or two
the outlook is going to be
mainly positive in the rural sector, this should
mean that there
should still be plenty of upside for Wrightsons.
The price has risen
more quickly than even i (eternal optimist)
was predicting.
Quickly moving from 45-58
c. I suspect there will be some consolidation
around the 60c mark, before further upward moves
during the
remainder of the year.
Its hard to see what woould
cause the shareprice to fall in the
next year or so, other than the usual suspects. ie
global stockmarket crash
or some natural disater weather wise.
All in all it
looks like Wrightsons is a good bet for those who of a
nervous disposition. Not much downside with the
prospect
of a slow but sure rise in price.
