[sharechat] SMR clarification - commsoft prospectus

If you are still trying to understand the strathmore notice, the commsoft
prospectus has been released and is available for download at the following
site.   http://www.commsoft.co.nz/prospectus.cfm. Hopefully it, will give
you enough info about the listing.

Does this mean we should buy strathmore shares? Or does this mean the
commsoft/strathmore directors who have invested larged quantities of money
in strathmore are going to have them transferred to commsoft shares without
having to disclose anything?
