I was reading
an article about Estar on the www.sharechat.co.nz site and would like to
add some comments. We are
EstarOnline Limited not Estaronline Trading PTY Limited, which is in the process of
listing on the ASX. We are a New Zealand company trading on the secondary
board. Our plans are to move to the NZSE main board before the end of this
calendar year. Secondly,
EstarOnline is not a music retailer; it is a software development company
specialising in the Internet. CDstar.com is a subsidiary of EstarOnline,
which sells music in New Zealand and Australia. We are
currently deploying our own proprietary software to a number of companies, both
in New Zealand and overseas on a licensing basis. EstarOnline is
also actively seeking new opportunities in software development,
which is likely to come through acquisition. I trust that
this helps clear up the confusion. I am only too happy to discuss our
company and its operations with any shareholder or potential investor, I can
be contacted at mdarby@estaronline.com. |
