I read an article in today's Dominion (found in the business section of www.stuff.co.nz) with the following headline:
FOUR IN 10 KIWIS OWN SHARES
"More than four out of 10 New Zealanders own shares, the third highest level in the world, according to a Stock Exchange survey."
I thought this was interesting in the context of this discussion.

Thats why the nets so great. I can chose what I want rather than being force
feed. I think its the same mentality that gets people hooked on Coro st and
Shortland street...miserable lot(daily lives of the nobodys). Sorry fans.

some mediums deserve that low number....other sources are much better.
(when you are knowledgable in some area, you often pick up things that are
totally incorrect but if you hadn't studied it yourself you may buy into it
and even pass it on- Im sure that has happened to all of us)
