                John, The competition in the CD market and recent news of
CDNOW doesn't bode
                well for that side of the co. and intentions for Canada are
on hold, however
                they are concentrating now on their "back end" internet
commerce system
                which was developed in CHCH from scratch. They are a service
co. of sorts
                ASP. They have just done a deal to host one co.
"animates"(pet supplies).
                Sources tell me that it is based on a per month rental
system. Fully
                managed.
                Thats all I know at present.
                With the delay in listing and ass. costs, the current CD
competition, I
                would say its too late already. It now remains to be seen
whether their
                backend system will be taken up fast enough to sustain the
cash burn rate of
                a well paid workforce IMO
