[sharechat] IDC shares

Inertialess Drive Corp..(Tuaranga)of which there has been some discussion on
the chat are under scrutiny over share offer (sharechat news). The offer of
980000 shares @ $1000 US values the co. at $2.1b NZ.
Maybe they wonder why they are under scrutiny. Beware!
