Hi all,
I think you are talking about me Jesse.   Argus contacted us and we were
very close to buying in 3000 at USD7.00 with a company SMC.
Argus Cap  (Amsterdam) said they were an investment branch of Argus Research
USA(or the otherway round)  We then found that SMC had an office in
Amsterdam also and the Ph No was only a couple of digits off Argus.
Hmmnnn....

We cancelled our order.

Since then have had contact with others who have been offerred SMC by Argus.

Prices range from USD$4.00 up to USD$7.00 for the same stock all saying it
is about to be IPOed in six weeks to 3 months.   That all started with us
about 5months ago.  Another guy in Fiji bought a heap about a year ago and
is still waiting for the IPO entry.

Aside from all this I did have numerous conversations with these guys and
they came across as very genuine and helpful providing all sorts of
information and assistance that has been very helpful.

This is opinion only, but I believe they are fairly OK and have been caught
in the dying embers of the ,com era hyped IPO'S.

I think it was you who said..........Why would a company surrounded by
millions of investors want to ring us downunder.
