Vincents story has spurred me to relate an experience I had
today in our local Warehouse Store. I encountered a whole section of gardening
products with the goods turned back to front on the pegs. You could not see what
was in them. I had to turn 20 of them around until I found the product I
wanted. Two other customers were similarly baffled. I then approached a
shop assistent and explained the problem only to betold that it was due to stock
taking. Was she going to do anyhing about it. Hell No!!. And this is one of our
best performing retail stocks.
