This is a reminder that the CEO of Spectrum Resources (NZSE: SPE), Rob
Levison, will hold a live Question and Answer Conference on ShareChat today,
July 11th at 4:00pm.

Mr Levison will be in ShareChat Live to answer your questions on Spectrum
Resources.

Until recently Spectrum was a junior mining company. Late in 1999 the
company was restructured with the mining assets being spun out into a
separate vehicle. Following the exit from the mining business Spectrum
announced a change in direction to technology and software investment.

On January 26 SPE announced the acquisition of WEL Technology from WEL
Energy for up to $2m in cash and shares. At the same time Spectrum announced
a 7:3 rights issue to raise $4.1m to fund investment into software
companies.

WEL Technology recently announced a deal with Lucent, a multi-billion dollar
U.S. company, in which Lucent has licensed WEL's "PV2" Software for usage in
Lucent's own flagship billing product known as Arbor/BP.

This is an excellent opportunity for current and prospective investors in
Spectrum Resources to ask Mr Levison questions about the company and its
future objectives.
